With help and guidance from our brilliant suppliers we are able to source high quality produce from all over Great Britain, Spain and Italy. From carefully sourced artisan charcuterie from Extremadura and Tuscan farmhouse goats' cheeses hand rolled in ash to Free range British old spot pork and fresh Cornish brown crab. We work with our suppliers, constantly on the lookout for new exciting ingredients and are always trying to work within the boundaries of seasonality, sustainability and above all quality.
